Nardelli fails Chrysler and he gets paid the big bucks why?

If you look over my posts about the bailout of the big 3 auto makers you will notice that I don’t like Nardelli. It goes back to how well he managed to run Home Depot in the ground. Well, now he has done it with Chrysler as well. He flies the private jet to DC to beg for money and even with that money he can’t turn the company around enough so that its has more options than bankruptcy? Why could he, considering he gets paid the really big bucks, not make a deal that would be better than bankruptcy? Was there not enough in it for him? Or is it really that his hands were tied by Obama or by the UAW or by both? Why could this man that seems to be worth millions a year in salary not able to do better than bankruptcy? Isn’t it interesting that back when they asked for the money, the suggestion was made by many to go ahead and file for bankruptcy at that time rather than put good money after bad? Guess what they got the money and still are broke!
